Who may use it

ASIT Hub is for people to whom ASIT has given an account. No one else may use it.

What it does with QuickBooks

The app creates an invoice in QuickBooks only when a person presses the confirm button on a preview screen. It never creates invoices by itself, and it never sends or emails an invoice: sending is done from QuickBooks by ASIT. It does not change, void or delete anything that already exists in QuickBooks.

Your responsibility

Check every invoice on the preview screen before you press the button. Correcting or voiding an invoice that exists in QuickBooks is done in QuickBooks, not in the app.

Connecting ASIT's live QuickBooks company and creating live invoices is limited to the administrator ASIT designates.

Disconnecting

QuickBooks can be disconnected at any time (Settings, then QuickBooks). What happens to the data is described in the Privacy Policy.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Using QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

No warranty

ASIT Hub is provided as it is, for ASIT's own use. To the extent the law allows, ASIT is not liable for losses that come from using it.
